HR Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic, people-first HR Business Partner to support our operations divisions. You will work closely with business leaders and team managers to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to operations managers and senior leaders on all people matters.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support high-volume and specialist hiring across operations and technology teams.
Own the performance management cycle for assigned business units — goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives: pulse surveys, recognition programmes, and culture events.
Manage employee relations cases — grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution — with fairness and documentation.
Analyse attrition data, identify root causes, and implement targeted retention interventions.
Support L&D delivery: training needs analysis, programme coordination, and impact measurement.
Ensure HR compliance: labour law adherence, POSH policy implementation, and documentation standards.

Requirements

4–8 years in HR with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role in a BPO or services environment.
Strong knowledge of labour law: Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH Act.
Experience managing HR operations at scale (500+ headcount preferred).
Proficiency in HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, or similar).
Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and communication skills.
MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.

Nice to Have

SHRM or NHRDN certification.
Prior experience in high-growth BPO or staffing environments.
Experience with Darwinbox specifically.
